New service Section J
Property Raters is now proud to offer Section J!
Section J’s can be done by either a Deemed to satisfy (DTS) or by Verification. The Verification method (JV3) is more expensive than the DTS, but offer much more flexibility. Some of the elements the report covers include the building fabric, insulation, glazing, covers services such as lighting and air conditioning.
With the Verification method, the dwelling is modelled in 3D to account for the wall, floor and roof claddings, window types, we have much more control over the outcome of the building reducing the cost in construction.
